Electric Zoo Festival 2018: Celebrating its 10th Grand Event in Randall’s Island Park on Labor Day Weekend

Electric Zoo Festival is taking over Randall’s Park island once again on this Labor Day Weekend, starting 31st August and lasting up to 2nd September 2018. Randall’s Island is situated in New York and been a constant host to many of the cultural, sports and environmental events.

This year the Electric Zoo is going to be extra special because of its 10th edition. These festivities will be huge and the line up is just as great with headliners like Kaskade, Marshmello, Martin Garrix and Porter Robinson’s Virtual Self. Other than that, you will be able to see back to back performances from your favorite artist like 12th Planet and Doctor P, and a three-way groove journey from Andrew Bayer b2b Ilan Bluestone b2b Jason Ross. Plus, exciting sets from Alan Walker, Anna Lunoe, Gryffin, k?d, Manila Killa, Mija, Troyboi and so many more.

Travel Information: How To Get There

 

The closest route to getting to Electric Zoo Festival is through Manhattan and to get there you have alternative choices to make on your own. Following is a basic information on each of the means of transportation to choose from:

Airport:

John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) : JFK airport is largest & busiest airport in allover New York containing eight different terminals and 150 gates to go in and out. Its 10 miles away from Manhattan.

LaGuardia Airport (LGA) : LaGuardia has a better proximity than JFK as it is only eight miles away from Manhattan. You can easily reach your destination from LaGuardia Airport using Public transportation.

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) : its technically in another state and is located in Newark but its very easy to get to Manhattan from there.

Metro:

NY City has the largest subway system in the entire world and travelling through metro when your destination is Electric Zoo festival is most suited way of transport.

Bus:

There are plenty of bus entry points to New York City but in our opinion The Port Authority Bus Terminal is the best entry point of all especially when you are coming from out of city. It is located in the middle of Manhattan and is merely two blocks distant from the Time Square.
